I'm confused at how people are getting all these ornaments without even doing micro transactions....am I doing something wrong?

The radiant chest is a weekly reward. You can get three a week, one for each character.

I thought you only get one a week. Across all 3 characters meaning it's account wide.

If that is the case, I wouldn't know. I more or less play exclusively titan.
