Weekly patrol quest question
Can the weekly patrol quest from Shiro-4 be completed once on every character to essentially get all three offered Iron Lord artifacts available this week?

To finish it in the Rise of Iron book it said it needs to be done 5 times but I can only have 3 characters on my game and was able to get 3 out of 5 of it done........please help
