As someone who has actually beaten it, I can tell you that going up against Aksis with a firetram below 370 is asking for the struggle bus. The boss encounter is 380. The fight is a DPS race with limited damage sequences. Asking for 365+ is perfectly acceptable since the game hands you 365 on a platter through heroics. You can get to 370 via faction packages, NF, and exotic engrams. Being at 370 also means your raid drops start that much higher and push you closer to the 380 mark for Aksis.

"Firetram" and "Struggle Bus" I was totally going for a low-key transportation themed joke, lol.

I was sitting at 371 for the raid. And it wasn't challenging at all on my end. But some of the 366-369s on the team were having a bit of trouble staying alive. I overall thought the boss battle to be very easy to grasp it was just difficult keeping some of the lower lights alive. So I would be recommending 366+ if I didn't already have a sound group to run with.

That being said, it's absolutely possible to beat it with people as low as 365. Just gotta play a lot safer.

With 6 players at 365 light we couldn't do enough dps during final fight. I don't remember the numbers but there was a huge difference in damage between 365 and 375 when it came to aksis.
