Siva Cluster found in the raid, right after killing death machine thing on wall and you fall down, jump down the rocks to the right side and the cluster is hidden in between some rocks. Credit to my friend SavageMatt69 finding it. His xbox account has a screenshot for reference. It's before jumping down the hole to the maze
