Archons forge is always a ghost town. I'm saving offerings until Bungie addresses this.

Walk slowly through the hallway. Give the game time to MM. The long passageways between public zones are there for a reason.

To do this everytime, works well with court, doesn't work with forge cause there is no one to match me with.

If you zoom in on a sparrow it can have problems matching you with others. Try walking in. It worked for me

Yeah I barely see anyone there, like because the offerings are not dropping enough, spending time around the plaguelands killing everything but I'm getting nothing, hopefully drop rates will increase abit soon, I like the forge I just don't get to do anything in there lol
