I have a disk. Tried using a phone to start the download but it corrupts as soon as I switch back to my normal ISP. If possible, you should try a different ISP, yours may have the same issue ours does.

How do u use ur phone

If u have iOS (iPhone). Go to settings. And under wifi there's a selection call hot spot. Turn that on and set a password. Then set your PS4 internet connection to that.

U should still have it. It will be in settings. I don't have android so I don't know exactly where it's located but u should have it.
