It failed at the same point for me twice using my hot spot. I cleared my cache on my Ps4 and it worked the 3rd time. I've heard lots of people were able to download the update using frontier. Maybe just gotta give it a few good tries and make sure u power down and clear that cache out. I know it's really disappointing but don't give up!
