Good luck to you sir. I wish you the best. I just post my experiences with it and hope that bungie will fix this issue with a patch before to long.

Hey use an alternate ISP to get passed that mark, If you have a hotspot pause it right before 17gb and let the hotspot take it to 18gb or so just use it to get passed those pesky packets that seems to corrupt the download.

I may try that tonight after I get off work or if I can get lucky I will just go and use a friends connection to get it all.
