I was on the phone with Sony support an hour and a half ago, they are formally contacting Bungie to find out what is actually going on. If you use the ISP jumping method in the thread I myself have had success with it. Use either a Hotspot or other ISP to get it around 1-2gb in the download, pause the download, and jump back to your original ISP (weird method but I have seen the results).

I am still downloading, I was advised to delete my whole game by Sony in a phone call. So I had to download the basegame as well closing in on 48min left.

Mine gets to 17.3gb everytime before corrupting tried the port forwarding (didnt work), no other ISP in my town, and mobile hotspots are at less than 50kbps here. so it's just a long waiting game...

Dang im sorry to hear that, it seems like everyone has there own stopping points in the download mine was really early on in the 207.5mb range. Just keep at it, it sucks that the ISP jump is literally the only thing that can fix this. All the other troubleshooting seems pointless. If you do use the hotspot try pausing right before that 17.3gb range and hop to your hotspot just to get over that little break in the packets that are being sent to your console.

Just got my neighbors wifi password..they run frontier. Hopefully signal will be strong enough to download a good chunk before I switch to my home connection.

I'm gonna assume the wifi will be out of range. Though last night I had 2 of the 3 signal bars. I'm at work for another 3 hours so not getting my hopes up...
