same but still how is the isp effecting a originally a 100mb patch

Not quite sure, this whole thing has been just a weird dream. No way in hell I would have thought the ISP would be the issue until I had first hand seen and talked to people playing the game from my hometown.

Just hit 18gb! Im so ready for this issue to be behind everyone, just keep trying this method of ISP jumping and you should get a solution. Sadly this is the absolute only work around I have encountered.
