I will just try the method again jump in on another ISP then see if I can finish it with the ole Mediacom connection. For as much trouble as it has given me this is still the fastest connection speed in town..

Not quite sure, this whole thing has been just a weird dream. No way in hell I would have thought the ISP would be the issue until I had first hand seen and talked to people playing the game from my hometown.

Just hit 18gb! Im so ready for this issue to be behind everyone, just keep trying this method of ISP jumping and you should get a solution. Sadly this is the absolute only work around I have encountered.

Do you have a hotspot on your phone? I know its a stretch but maybe a family member has a hotspot you can use?
