It sort of is cryptically shown as problems with the Destiny Collection. Using Frontier to start my download allowed me to use my Mediacom connection to finish the download. I got to about 2gb paused the download (cause it was going to take 66hrs) and took my system to my house hooked it up and resumed the download now it is working.
