Same here I have tried everything!! I also live in Illinois with mediacom. I also tried to hot spot from my phone and it still did not work. Just now went over to a friends house and it has finally went past the 207.5 mark! Slow internet there also though but I'll take it!!

That is good to hear, also try the new list of port numbers on UPDATE 7. Sony said it could fix the issue.
