Im real sorry to hear that, I was kinda in a tight spot trying to find another ISP my brother lives in town but still a hassle to pack up the system and a tv over there. But if it works then I know for a fact that its Mediacom.. I hope you get a chance to use another connection if not it will be a waiting game or should I say a blame game it seems like they blame everything but the network anomaly.
