Yeah they will literally make you jump through so many hoops for no reason at all. So I just tested the Frontier connection at my brothers house, It got passed the 207.5mb mark and was chugging along so I put it in rest mode and will check it again in 3 hours or so. For all the stuff going on the only fix I have seen is going to a different ISP and put it into rest mode.
