Yeah im pretty disappointed at this point. Just tested another ISP cant get passed the 207.5mb mark...
UPDATE it just got passed the 207.5mb mark! Im freaking the F out!

Know what that means??? It's Bungie, not mediacom. It is however bizarre that us with mediacom seem to have the issue but if u try other isp's and still have the issue what's this mean??? I dunno. I'm beyond frustrated at this point.
