Have you had any news about what is going on with this? I looked at my queue and when I click on the item with the black box that says "pre-order payment failed" it brings up the page for the destiny collection, which it oddly enough it says its simultaneously unavailable for purchase and I can add it to my wishlist, lol. I was just curious if Sony says it something they can fix or if that is what stems from the bungie packet issue.
