Also having the issue. Even tried using my Verizon phone as a hot spot and it did the same stall at 207.5. I do have mediacom. I'm lost on ideas. It's time Bungie puts this fix into high gear.

Know what that means??? It's Bungie, not mediacom. It is however bizarre that us with mediacom seem to have the issue but if u try other isp's and still have the issue what's this mean??? I dunno. I'm beyond frustrated at this point.
