Best Khvostov build for PvP?

I can't get any build to work the way I want it to. Right now I'm using the Hopscotch, and nothing I do on the Khvovstov can beat it. Any ideas?

Highest ROF + full auto + stability in first tree + rangefinder works great. It's a chainsaw.
