Spark of Light? Bungle...
Hey Bungle, with everyone who has no recieved therebspark of light and done everything you've said, and still not recieved it should be given one, you promisedvus one, so that's what we're like to get. Sorry if this sounds a bit rude but this is just stupid that I still don't have mine...

Appears that although I had redeemed TTK it hadn't downloaded and installed. I had to go to 'Manage Game' and install them manually. Spark of Light now received." maybe that will work? Once she put in the code she had her sparks (one to 25 and another to 40).

And unfortunately, the spark was in THAT character's post office so IT got deleted as well. Since the spark went into the post office of the first character you logged in as after TTK launched and people went in to clear out the inventory and then delete. That, and people lying. Like having a lvl 25 character with 1 hour of playtime wearing the blue gear the spark came with. This year, hard to say. Getting from 1-to-25 wasn't too long of a thing... but getting from 1-40 does take substantially longer. So even ignoring the fact that someone SHOULD have gotten it... not getting it when you were hoping for it can be a real bummer on time's sake alone.

1 ReplyYeah I've seen that a lot of people including me did not get their Spark of light. Surely it would be easy enough just to give them one and make them happy. Or maybe this is just another stunt for money and soon you'll have to buy a Spark of light for $20

same here. bought the dlc. first had only the the dlc items but no spark of light. really wanted that Titan too.. no way when imah get behind grinding right when the new contents out

Yeah, tried contacting them multiple times but yet I still dont receive any response. Do they think I will forget about it and move on? I switched from ps4 where I had 3 40's and now im on xbox and I'd like to have to spark so I dont have to do the story and 4th time.

1 ReplyThe spark of light is sent to the postmaster of the first character you log in with on accounts that have purchase Rise of Iron. You can try to restore licenses: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 And be sure to check the inventory of all of your characters, and the vault. Note that, if you have deleted a character that had the Spark in inventory or in the postmaster (including a new character that had not yet gone to the tower but started the first mission), the spark would have been deleted with the character. Same here. I create a topic yesterday, i have made all they ask (clear cache, licence, xbox live...) and no spark of light. Since that, no answers from Bungie. Like you, i just ask to have what i am supposed to have. Gave us our spark of light please, you will make a lot of peaple happy.
