It is just a theory that collectively was found in most of the forums. I don't have any idea what the problem is but people that don't have mediacom in my town are playing the game I was just in a party chat with someone from my hometown.

And after reading the other comments, it certainly seems a lot of MediaCom subscribers are affected, but it just doesn't seem plausible as the "crux" of the issue. But regardless, thanks for seemingly put more effort into this than Bungie seems to have. Lol

It's the first for me too. Lol And sadly, I used the word, then stopped and laughed because of the pun.

Thank you for providing feedback I totally think that it is crazy as well. If I didn't have so many close friends playing the game (in the same town different ISP) I would have been unaware of the ISP theory. It just seems too odd not to rule it out though, I plan on taking my ps4 to my brothers house later and use his net (he has FRONTIER which I heard is way slower and unreliable connection). Hopefully a solution is ahead of us sooner rather then later.

Did using frontier work? That's the only other provider in my area and was going to try a friends house over the weekend.

I have been a little busy tonight, I will be trying it soon just haven't had the chance yet.

No worries. The raid patch will be released Friday, hopefully that'll fix everything.
-
That will be nice do a little catch up but ill be ready.

Actually, when that patch is pushed, technically we'll still have to download 1.28 correct? If so, they'll have to patch the patch. Man, idk anymore. This whole fiasco just gives me a headache anymore!!

I wish you luck! I'm still hopeful they work it out... because as much as I'm pissed they screwed me over with all this, the second it starts working I'll be at Felwinter's Peak. Lol
