I have 4 times over the last 24 hours I wish they knew what was going on. This problem is stemming from the place marker provided by bungie to playstations servers. This also has to do with them bundling the content for Destiny The Collection.

At least you can get on the PS store website I can't even access that.

Every time I sign into the website it says sign in failed

Hmm that maybe something to look into, I literally just got off the phone with Sony this is an issue with the packets Bungie has sent to the psn servers. It also seems like an issue only affecting players that purchased RIO instead of the Destiny the Collection (which if your like me and downloaded everything anyways you don't need the collection). Hopefully we get a patch soon would love to dive into the new content.

So if I was to delete everything like TTK and went out and bought destiny the collection its gonna work?

Heres the deal I didn't purchase Destiny the Collection but all my content turned into that version of the game once RIO dropped. This has something to do with the way everything is bundled together now.

Try going to the psn store and selecting Destiny the Collection. Does it say purchased? Mine does and I didn't purchase it I did RIO standalone.

In addition to what I posted above, I looked into my transaction history and it shows that I purchased RoI preorder and it shows my preorder bonuses I should get. I then looked at my download questions and it shows the standalone RoI DLC and the preorder bonuses and that they installed already. Yet I don't know how that can be since the update1.28 keeps saying cannot download corrupt file.

The install is for the theme you received for ROI expansion. If you delete the theme and go back into the store page it will ask you to download.

No it doesn't it actually says that I can't purchase it cause no more are available but when I go to like the regular ROI that one says installed when I know for a fact it really isn't

Same here uninstall the RIO theme that came with the preorder I think that is what is really installed from that page.
