Vigilamus Noctu Emblem
I pre-ordered ROI from PSN store.
Everything except the emblem was at the postmaster, nor is the emblem available in the kiosk.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and can it be fixed?

Just picked up this emblem form the postmaster. Don't know what I did to get it but I don't even have ROI so I'm guessing it has nothing to do with that.
