I preordered ROI from GameStop and redeemed a code for $30. I tried to purchase the game but I won't allow me. People have been saying the account that bought the taken King can only purchase it. My brother and I share the Xbox one and he bought the taken King on his account. So basically I preordered a game I can't even obtain and I doubt they'll refund me
