I preordered the rise of iron but did not receive the iron gallahorn with it ???? Has anyone else experienced this

I'm in the same boat. I preordered Thisbe a while ago and I finally get through the queue this morning, head to the postmaster and BAM! No gjallarhorn or gjallarwing 🙁
