I can't get Rise of Iron.
I pre-ordered Rise of Iron 3 months ago at gamestop and I went and picked up the receipt and redeemed the $32 code to my Microsoft account. So I went to the Xbox store to find Rise of Iron and it says it's only in bundles (destiny the collection which cost $60). Then I went on my desktop and I went to the Microsoft store to buy the regular one and it says: NOT AVAILABLE.
Please help.

2 RepliesDid you purchase The Taken King on the same platform account you're trying to purchase Rise of Iron on? This means you had to actually purchase that expansion using your platform account and you own the license to that content. Being able to play TTK via gamesharing from another account does not work.
