Edited by Radahn: 9/20/2016 2:05:46 PMI got the helmet and its utter shit and the most useless exotic helmet in the game... it gives extra recovery to a warlock after blink (which are already recovery kings) I tested it and the recovery diffrence with it is less then 0.5 seconds....aka the most useless exotic.

Not to mention this exotic has been kept from us for a -blam!-ing year....*sigh*

They should have atleast made it insta heal after blink...if they nerfed the distance and cooldown...the perk is called move to survive...yet it doesnt change anything.
