Agreed, I want a reason to play the raid. I missed the grind of VoG and scrota and when I heard there would not be elemental primaries I was pissed. Then I saw those ugly pieces of shit called raid weapons and each person has a different opinion but most of those weapons weren't worth a damn.

The point was more to increase you light level through infusion

I understand that, but I also understand the significance of someone pulling out a fatebringer or a vex mythoclast for shits and giggles. There wasn't anything like that in the king's fall. Just weapons that look like prehistoric fish and armor that makes your guardian look like a crab.

Two very different versions of destiny. They don't want raid weapons to completely overshadowed all the other weapons they put into the game. Year one was exotic's in the crucible and raid weapons in PVE. Granted I think they could have left burns by allowing us to tear down raid weapons to get an elemental core that we could apply to our other legendary weapons but we can't have 5 or so legendary weapons be the only thing players use. The kings fall weapons weren't that bad. The pulse rifle(firefly), scout, sniper, and lmg were all decent

True, they were decent and you actually made a good point and it is bungie's biggest contradiction about a small group of weapons being used more than the rest. Hung jury, need I say more? Sometimes it isn't necessarily an elemental burn but a useful roll. Triple tap, firefly, and max stability made it so useful.
