Xbox don't let me purchase ROI even though I pre ordered from gamestop. It says to go to the store and download it, when I try it says "only available as a bundle" and I already own all other expansions

Go into game. Load a character and go to your map. You will see a yellow hammer next to the tower. You can purchase it there with your $30 credit.

No one called you stupid. It will let you purchase it through the game itself unless you get an error code like some people are getting. Sorry I tried to help but there was no need to be a jerk.
