Getting contacting destiny server after hotfix
Getting redbar, contacting destiny servers and error codes after hotfix ps4 ? Cant do anything in game.
errorcodes: rabbit , baboon, coconut, weasel, chicken, centipede

2 RepliesYep. The almighty BABOON error code has found me once again. Bastard won't stop harassing me with "Contacting Destiny Severs" over and over then kicking me out. Funny thing is I haven't had issues with this in ages..until after this update.

3 RepliesThis happens almost every time people try to access destiny shortly after or during a patch. Basically, the only way to fix this is to wait. If there is still the service warning on the main banner of the help page, then just wait till it disappears. Should the issue persist after the banner is gone, then you should return here and state it. Otherwise, the Help bot will only give you links to the error codes and tell you how to troubleshoot. They do not know how to tell you guys to wait until the update is completed in its entirety. If this persists for another two hours, I will have a better answer for you.

I have the same issues, on two Xboxes on two networks.

same here, could log in at first, with intermediate messages. then after 20 minutes i lost connection and now get consistent centipede.

Having the same issues since the hotfix. Centipede, weasel, baboon, chicken, and rabbit. Reset everything and still nothing. Keep getting contacting servers and then when it does load I get booted! Please fix this!!!

8 RepliesTry restarting your system and router at the same time and wait about 5 minutes before turning them on again. Hope it helps.
