Halo 3 Callouts
where is a good place to learn callouts for the maps?

Although the link above from the MLG forums has all the normal callouts for MLG maps, some maps aren't specific. For example, Sandtrap, Sandbox, High Grounds, , Epitaph, Snowbound, Long Shore, Valhalla, etc do not have specific call outs, so you need to come up with them on your own so other people can relate. On High Grounds we use call outs like beach, ov bank, snipe cave, bunker, top spawn, pipe room, bridge, camo, rockets, top laser, mid bunker. Usually most call outs are common sense and relate to weapons or geographic characteristics, as stated above.

callouts are simply just weapon locations or distinct geograpical locations on the map; most of them are just common sense to call out.

Guardian- Top Mid Bottom Mid (Hammer) or (Mauler) Forest or Jungle (1 and 2) Forest Lift Elbow ( part that connects jungle and snipe 2) Snipe (1-3) Camo (and camo lift) Some call it Lift 3 Lift 1 Lift 2 Barrels Green Room Blue 1 Blue 2 Blue Ramp Snipe Lift Snipe 2 ramp, (This is a huge callout, as most opponets at snipe tower go here to get shields back, good way to get grenade kills) Construct- Main Lift/ Gold Boardwalk (Bridge bellow gold) Open Lift/purple Open Hallway Open Barrels Matrix Wall Open Ramp Closed Lift/Purple Closed Side Closed Hallway Glass Room Sword Spawn Sniper 1 Sniper 2 The Pit- (Use "Theres" our "Ours" before almost every callout) Flag spawn Snipe 1 Snipe 2 OS Spawn Camo Hallway Green Box Training Pit Shotgun spwan Dark Room/ Sword spawn OS Hallway Sword Bridge Also, [url]http://www.mlgpro.com/forum/showthread.php?t=138758&highlight=Halo+3+map+callouts+names[/url] [Edited on 04.20.2010 12:08 PM PDT]

Callout examples: (The Pit)3 in sword room, 1 sword, 1 shoty! (Vahalla)Lasers up! Two reds on the way! (Stand Off) Flags in the middle, and Hog is rolling! (Narrows) Sniper in the back, mancannon!
