Cant Pre-order Rise of Iron?
So, I was a little uncertain if I wanted to get ROI, or keep playing destiny at all. Ive finally decided that I want to play, and I've tried to pre-order the expansion.
Problem is, on the xbox store, its unavailable. On the Microsoft store, the purchase button is greyed out for me. So, am I too late to pre-order? Or do I just have to head to the store and do it there?

1 ReplyJust a clarification if someone could respond: I had bought TTK on my account and later during the year, I game-shared (XB1) my account with a friend of mine. Now, from what some of the replies are saying, I can't Pre-order ROI because I'm gamesharing my account still?

Edited by The Real Matt P: 9/18/2016 1:39:06 AMFor me, it turns out I was account sharing TTK and did not own it myself, and that's why I couldn't buy ROI. For anyone here having the same issue, check to see if you can buy TTK in store first, maybe you're account sharing as well.

2 RepliesAre you trying to buy Rise of Iron on an account that game-shared TTK? Because when the button is greyed out, that typically means the account trying to pre-order does not actually own the license for TTK. In order to buy Rise of Iron, your account [b]must own the license[/b] for The Taken King.

search the store for Rise of Iron preorder there are 2 versions the one called "add on" will take you to bundle page BUT the Rise Of Iron Preorder add on should be available to purchase, that's how I bought it a couple of days ago

3 RepliesI'm having the same issue. I bought the whole bundle for my son about a week or two ago and ROI was available. But now I can only find it in the bundle in the store. I went online to Xbox.com and ROI wouldn't even pull up when I searched it. My brother just helped me find it. Go to the game area and search for rise of iron. You need to type the whole thing. Two selections will pop up. Rise of Iron add-on and Rise of Iron Pre-Order. Select the pre-order. It seems as though Microsoft is trying pull one over on us. They make you dig for it. Hope this helps.

1 ReplyWhen I go to the website to preorder RoI, the Preorder button is grayed out so I can't do a late preorder. However GameStop is still doing preorders but they will not give the code until the 19th by e-mail. I have not had good experiences with GameStop as a whole but seems to be only option at this point. Thanks Microsoft! Bungie you should look into crap like this and stay on top of it!
