Hi Bungie,
Please help. Still not working for me in Australia. Xbox store on the console says ROI is still only available as part of a bundle. Tried to purchase from the director in Destiny itself and it keeps coming up with an error message stating the"Query Failed" I have logged in and out multiple times and retried but it has not worked. Can you please help.

Not sure if there will be any issue with it come launch, but if you go to microsoft.com and find the pre-order there, it will let you purchase the straight RoI pre-order for $30 rather than the $40 Collection Upgrade or the $60 Collection. In case it helps bungie troubleshoot: In my case, I started on XB 360, and bought the season pass for TDB, and HoW. I got the digital version which at the time came with a free upgrade to XB1 whenever you happened to get around to buying one. I purchased TTK on XB360, before I got an XB1. When I got the XB1, I got Vanilla, TDB, and HoW for free as originally promised, but had to re-purchase TTK. I'm not sure if everyone who is having this problem is in the same boat, or if it's only those of us who used the free upgrade from 360 to 1 with the Digital Download version, but it might be something to look at.

Cheers dude but even in microsofts website the preorder button is greyed out. That partly the issue we're all having. And I've only ever had destiny on xbox1.

The button will remain grey until you log into microsoft with your microsoft/xbox live account. I just bought it this afternoon.

Good point I wasn't signed in at the time. But I've just tried signing in and again still greyed out. I've actually spoken to Microsoft and they've said Bungie have now taken it down and made it unavailable for preorder??? Any word from Bungie yet anywhere?

I've been having the same problem as well and it's freakin frustrating. When I've tried ordering in-game I get to the order screen and then kicked out to the director map. From the xbox store the only option is the $59.99 collection. Here it is less than 4 days and I'm locked out with no option

Annoying isn't it! Especially because it's out of our control. When I try from the director I get the "query failed...etc" error
