You're already done the first check of spam boxes to make sure they're not showing up there. Next best suggestion would be to login vie web browser and switch the contact email associated with the account to something else and see if it comes up there.

Note that this contact email is different from your sign in authentication, they do not have to be the same, simply the address you wish to be contacted at from Bungie.
