I suggest watching to realize how sexist Hooters can really be when it comes to not having male employees and why it needs to change to adapt in this modern society.

It's the same thing that would allow a movie studio to turn away women auditioning for the role of George Washington. That's not to say they haven't been challenged before. They have, but usually end up settling out of court. Also, they've established male positions other than waitors (such as chefs) to "compensate".
