Best scout rifle not named MIDA
What are your favorite scouts and what perks do you use? I have two. "Treads upon stars" with explosive rounds, crowd control and grenadier for pve. it is a raid slaughter tool that allows me to take adds out and spam grenades! it absolutely sucks (or I am bad with it) in crucible. For crucible I use "An Inward Lamp" with full auto, small bore and hidden hand. The thing is, I have a vault full of other scouts that I haven't even touched and I was wondering what you all use?

I use my Cocytus with Triple Tap, Casket Mag, Firefly. Last Extremity with Triple Tap, Hand-laid Stock, Firefly. Or my Tounela with Triple Tap, Hand-laid Stock, Firefly. I love Omolon weapons and they aren't as annoying to listen to as Mida or any normal Scout. Suros makes a good one too.

Treads with Ranged Lens RLS3 (Have Truesight IS, but prefer the Ranged), Crowd Control and Reactive Reload, Hand-Laid Stock. It eats Guardians.

Fun-wise I'd say Jade Rabbit. PvE Hung Jury (not counting Y1. PvP.. hmm.. Probably still Jade.

I love my hung jury with triple tap, perfect balance and firefly and the signal ms5 sights.

My full auto dis-43 with almost max stability and target aquisition scope is a beast for pve. Nothing I've tried compares. Year 1 MIDA with intrensic high caliber rounds and the option of 28 round mag was close. But with less range it's outperformed. While triple tap and firefly is nice on the old vendor hung jury, it still feels like a chore using this gun. The full auto dis-43 almost plays itself.

VoC in year 1. Saterienne rappier, gun is a beast but i cant decide between 1) zen moment, perfect balance and hidden hand. 2) triple tap, braced frame (max stability), 3rd eye.
