2 RepliesBungie, you guys have been dark on the comms for two weeks now (plus however long it took you to respond to this issue in the first place). It's really starting to look like you all are just watching the clock for RoI to release in the hopes that we don't make too big of a deal about this beforehand. If it's broken and can't be fixed, you owe it to admit it to all of us who purchased an Xbox One so we could take advantage of this deal. Right now, you're just reaping the 150% from everyone who can't wait any longer for you to "resolve the issue" and purchase the full-priced Collection, am I wrong? I love you guys, and Destiny is literally the greatest video game of all time. I'm in the thick of this trying to help myself and 6 clan/family members upgrade as well! But this just LOOKS shady when you all reap all the marketing benefits of advertising an upgrade deal, and then don't actually provide it or explain it, even though people have upgraded and will be paying you for current-gen content.
