Does it ever get down to the 1 v 1? Unless everyone dies in the same spot I figure it has got to be pretty hard for the hunter to guard all the ghosts to prevent revives.

Yea it has, the rounds are usually long. You can tell your team that there are no revives if you want it to play quicker. The possibilities are up to you.
