Abyss Asylum – PS4 End Game Community is Recruiting
Hi there! I'm pacificdune, founder of Abyss Asylum. I am a seasoned Y1 veteran and raid sherpa having cleared Skolas and now Oryx every week it has been available on all characters. I play Destiny for enjoyment, for the great gun play, for the strategy, for my friends, and for the teamwork it requires. Central to that teamwork is the Abyss Gaming Community. The Rise of Iron is upon us, and our chatrooms are buzzing with excitement and challenges on private matches.
The Abyss is end game focused. We are not just one clan, we are three clans that work together as a confluence of highly skilled PvE and PvP players along with some “serious” casual gamers. Our primary objective is improvement and development of our members. We use real time communication for organizing fireteams and an event calendar for raids and PVP outings. We are looking for committed new guardians who specialize in PvE, PvP, or both. Our core members are experienced and skilled, we one-shot Oryx and celebrate at the Lighthouse. Destiny is our passion. We have staying power, and a vision to build this clan to elevate our gaming experience through to Destiny 2 and beyond that. This opportunity is for experienced guardians who want to be part of something new, and new guardians that want to enhance their gaming experience. We have regular membership and leadership opportunities so regardless if you just want to have a solid group to play with or if you want to influence, provide direction, and lead we have something for you. We do ask and confirm that you participate in our community and play the game regularly.

1 ReplyI was a member until the summer and things got busy so I had to stop playing for a while. Kids are back in school and things have settled down, I'm ready to get serious again and would like to join the clan again if you will have me.

2 RepliesHi! I'm a Y1 player, been playing since a few months before TTK, and have never had enough friends that play to get through any really good endgame stuff, I.e. Raids, COE, trials, none of it. I hope that I could be in your clan so that I can finally have a group of like minded folks that love to play, wouldn't mind helping me hit some end game goals, and just always have someone to play with. Destiny is pretty much all I play anymore, and I really look forward to seeing what more it has in store. Happy ROI, and I look forward to questing with you all!

1 ReplyMy problem is simple. I have played since day one but no one else I know plays this game. For awhile I was fine running solo but eventually the content got stale. It was challenging doing raid activities and other high level post game activities when you have to continually use the LFG site. Most nights it seemed like I would spend more time looking for groups then I would playing. Shortly after the HoW I put the game away for months because of this issue. I've recently started playing again and for the new DLC I've decided to experience the game the way it was intended, fighting alongside a group of like minded guardians. I can hold my own in PVE and PVP and am a quick learner for new activities. I'm hopeful that I can finally find that group in the Abyss.

I would like to apply to Abyss Asylum, I have played this game since release more or less played it as a solo game and used the tools provided by the great destiny community to find pug runs for raids, nightfalls etc. but reach a point where finding a group/clan to find more permanent groups to run through the content, to have fun and enjoy the game. I see my self able to contribute with know how knowledge and a good laugh in a crucible, what my wishes is hopeful find like minded players and perhaps one day try this trails everyone talks about.

1 ReplyHey there, I've played Destiny since year one but I still have never fully finished a raid. Closest I ever got was Oryx cp but the team rage quit and left me all alone haha. Would love to have a group I can find some people to play regularly with, and grow better as a player!

1 ReplyAlpha and day one player. Was experienced relic holder for both VoG and Crotas end. Also a experienced in skolas' revenge. I look up ways to help everyone at college by browsing the Destiny subreddit and I have no clan to play with since most a re stuck in legacy consoles. I hope I am a worthy candidate for the abyss.

1 ReplyLittle details, that's what I'm good at. I pay attention, and given time I get anything done. I ask questions when I need to. I don't sit in silence and bring the team down due to an ego. What's going on man? Day one/Beta player here, and I've got both the emblems to prove it. You know you're an og destiny player when you have over 700 "friends". Well this year's different. I want a few of those names to mean something to me. I want to see a clan mate get online, and be excited. Bonus, if you couldn't tell from this well structured paragraph, I'm 17, if that means anything to you. I have every activity in this game under my belt, but nobody to share the experience with. Even if you don't accept me as a member, that's fine. I just think you'll be missing out on some young, hot blooded talent. Have a nice day man, seeya on Felwinter's Peak. 1 ReplyEU based player, been at it since Y1 with well over 1000h ingame. Running dual warlock and a side hunter. Mostly into PvE but can sure as hell hold my own in PvP. Cleared all that Bungie has thrown at us so far.. Took a break between January and May because I had some real life stuff that took all my free time. But Im back and ready to head into RoI, full steam ahead! Great teammate who puts the group and progress first. Old school WoW player so I know what it means with 10h raids against one boss.. Casual hardcore, the only way to go if you ask me!

1 ReplyHello, im a 29y/o day 1 player,I stopped playin after farming challange modes on KF raid for 2-3 weeks. Basically my characters are 320-319-319 with full raid gear etc. I didnt play after the 335 patch arrived , which is the reason of the light leves... Was leader of a small active clan till we all stopped playin , did everythin in every raid (as in roles, relic carrier, sword bearer, Oryx runner etc.) i main a warlock but i like all classes and their play styles, have no problem with them Im planning on a comeback with RoI and looking for a chill group of mature people to play with who are EU time based. My online times due to my work : 5-6PM Uk time is when i come online, and can stay up till 11-12pm on weekdays. and weekends are free(well, considering friday and saturday nights can be social outside time occasionally) Thanks for your time

1 ReplyHello 30 yr old year 2 player started playing around late april and havnt stopped since! Been on about everyday just playing casually mostly on my hunter but also have a lvl 24 warlock and 22 titan, my hunter is 335 LL and cant wait for the RoI! Im mostly a PvE but do love PvP on occasion like when IRon Banner comes out. I have done the kings fall raid a lot and know it by hand. I have dont CE but havnt completed VoG yet but would like to sometime. I also love doing the weekly COE and NF and am always around to help out vets and new ppl alike although i do have a family and am mostly on during night time EST timezone. Your clan seems loke a great clan to join and am very interested to hear back from you

1 ReplyDay one vet. Always down to raid. Used to Sherpa when I had my own clan. Now I'm looking for other experienced raiders and a regular group of good people to play with. Not a huge fan of pvp but I play.
