Regarding the Cabal on Mars, their fortifications dwarf anything the guardians managed to establish outside of the city or scattered crucible zones. I don't think we have damaged them as much as you think. Ina professional military killing the generals just means someone of lower rank is promoted to fill his shoes. That's not even counting that cabal are getting regular reinforcements at all locations we confront them. Who is sending troops? Who organizes their supply lines? Either their bases on Mars are much more extensive than we can see OR they are getting reinforcements from the core empire, wasn't it in grimoire Skolas: Defeated where he says [quote]The unfairness makes him want to roar. Why does everyone else have [i]patronage[/i]? ... And [i]the cabal have reinforcements[/i][/quote]. Patronage and Reinforcements according to Variks, seems to imply Cabal will not be damaged for long if at all...
