Good read and most seem accurate, although potentially not the Cabal. With the distress call they made during the epilogue of the Taken campaign, a future retaliation on the Dreadnaught and the system with the full force of their empire could be a real possibility... [spoiler]...if the Empire still exists that is. With rumors that they're secretly fleeing something else, who knows whether the Empire hasn't been destroyed already. The orders the Cabal follow are described as ‘ancient’ and with troops on long campaigns effectively in exile from their homeworld, what's to say their distress call wasn't actually falling on deaf ears? A point that contradicts this though is that reinforcements appear to be coming from somewhere.[/spoiler]
