You definitely should've mentioned Cabal reinforcements seeing as of pre-RoI they're the biggest known threat to us. Yes we do know they "launched a detailed distress signal to the head of the Cabal empire" yeah you -blam!-ed up by not including that little nugget. Also worth noting that if you're only including stuff that the Vanguard knows and not stuff that we the players know your guide loses a lot of value. I mean I thought the point of it was to inform readers of what's going on before our next adventure begins. If you leave out things just because our player character isn't aware you aren't offering as much meaningful information and your guide just becomes a glorified list of stuff we've killed.
