This is ridiculous. Anyone who plays Titan, knows you need to have a set calculated time to use your Shoulder Charge. Not some spam proofing ever increasing cool down where we can't calculate our game play. This is like RNG for running... really? Bungie, someone there with any sense at all needs to intervene and fix this. You plan to implement more of these increasing cool downs? I play this game a lot, and I can tell you blink and sliding are spammed more than anything. Shoulder Charge was easily countered... it was high risk... and the reward payed off. I understand the infinite sprint artifact, but you do realize we have many choices for artifacts, yet whichever we choose we still get screwed. Do you have any nerfs in place to prevent a 3 grenade / 3 melee Gunslinger? That seems pretty op to me.
