Hey Idaho,
If both the PSN ID and Gamertag are unlinked from a Bungie.net profile, the profile will be orphaned. This is permanent, and access cannot be granted to an account that has been orphaned.

So can that clan and profile be deleted? It has all of our clan information and our clan name that we would like to use?

Unfortunately not. If a clan is tied to an orphaned account, nothing can be done.
