That's the Undying Mind strike with Swamp hydra. The Nexus is the Venus boss that people cheese by staying up top the whole time and shooting down at him. Unless the Imago Loop drops on a Year 1 strike that was never updated.

I've played since beta and done that strike more times than I can remember. Stay up top or do it from below if you were good enough... which I was and am capable of. It's was an honest mistake. Get over yourself...
