Blackhole perk for Night Stalker sub-class
Hi! I've noticed the perk it not working like before the update. The tether goes away too quickly (at least a lot quicker after the update). Was this intentional?

Hey, If no enemy's are tethered, the tether will go away much faster, the same thing will happen if enemy's are also damaging your tethers anchor point

Blackhole last the same amount of time it always has.
