The two current primary secondary exotics currently out (NLB and universal remote) are broken beyond repair. I think bungie had an interesting idea with them, and definitely tried there hardest to balance them, but I feel they are quite unfeasible. What is one characteristic of primaries that usually sets them apart from secondaries? Damage. That is why they also have a limited ammo pool as well. So what happens when you try to take a secondary and make it into a primary with all the same characteristics while giving it the primaries ammo pool? A new meta is created. The damage model just isn't that of a primary, making it an undeniably good choice for a safe pvp weapon. How can it be fixed? Well unless it becomes a pea shooter (which nobody wants) there is nothing that can be done other than removal. The NLB can body shot you and bring you down to almost no health or headshot you for a quick kill. The universal remote can oneshot from a good distance, not to mention bungie has made it very easy to close the distance between you and another person. So in my own opinion based upon my experiences and observations, this weapon is broken beyond repair. You also say "this junker is a BEAST"

13 RepliesIt isn't a new meta. We're not in the middle of a NLB/Uni meta. lol. You're also sacrificing usability, since any SR, PR, even HC and AR could kill a Uni at range, and you can stomp out a NLB pretty quick if you push hard enough. You basically state that you can't fix these issues and should remove them? Why? lol. They've both been in the game a looooooong time and suddenly now they're broken? Illogical.
