A couple of addendums. 1) You don't need to go to orbit. If you search on YouTube you can find the technique demonstrated. But in summary you kill the knight, then if you don't get the husk, you run to the end of the level and let the boss kill you in the nospawn area. Then when you revive run back to where the husky knight appears and go past his spawn point. After you turn a couple corners a message that the ritual has begun will pop up and that's your signal he's back. Turn around and go kill him again. Bonus tip: if you let the thrawl that show up with him kill you after you'll respawn closer to the end of the level and can cut down some running. 2) If you go for the "we've woken the hive!" technique for charging up the husk just remember to not kill the knight but kill everyone else. Let yourself die/kill yourself with a rocket or grenades and when you revive the doors will open again and all the ads will be back. For part 1 it took me about 54 attempts (111 deaths, a couple accidental) and a little less than an hour of going back and forth. And for part 2 it's about 500 kills. And you get almost 30 enemies each time. Took less than an hour if I remember correctly.
