Still no replies from a bungie employee? Why are so many people unable to buy ROI? In the director I get requirements not met, and purchase button is grayed out in the store on both PC and XB1

I was able to purchase the rise of iron pre order on XB1. It is in my downloads, as well as appearing as a completed order on the Microsoft store. However, in game, it is still prompting me to purchase the game.

Unable to purchase as requirements not met despite having owned taken King. Still locked out of Dailys etc what's going on.

3 RepliesI pre-ordered ROI, the download & install seemed to work fine. However my ROI emblem on my map is appearing yellow and stating 'requirements not met'. Upon clicking on it, I have the option to watch the trailer or enter a code. Will a code be sent to me on the 09.20? or is this an issue I should be concerned about? Cheers,

3 Replies[b]XB1 What worked for me[/b] I bought Rise of Iron through the option in-game. I selected the ROI icon the selected the purchase option. It went through. Then I had to go into [u]My Games[/u] and select manage. Then had to download and install manually. Hope this helps some of ya.

I preordered Rise of Iron through gamestop. I put the code into my xbox account and went to the xbox store, but when I went to the pre-order for rise of iron it says that the pre-order is currently not available. I already pre-ordered it, I just need to download it. Any help?

Similar to a post below, I was able to use the $30 credit to buy the game from within the Destiny game itself (Destination window that now has Rise of Iron next to Earth) and then went to "managed game" under xbox one interface. I now am setup and ready

3 RepliesI'm having this same issue. I originally thought that I had no other way of pre-ordering the game but through Gamestop. I realize now that is was this issue all along. I've now redeemed the pre-order code from Gamestop and have $30 in Microsoft Credits but am unable to purchase Rise of Iron because it says"Available only as part of a bundle". I already own The Taken King. I'm now concerned that I'll be screwed out of the pre-order items because I can't puchase the game in time before its release. Can some one please help me. My Xbox Gamer Tag is ALBY THE NOBLE. Thank you.

2 RepliesSo I pre-ordered rise of iron like 2 weeks ago and it didn't take the money out then and there like it should've and Microsoft said it was canceled but when I go to the store on Xbox, it doesn't say I need to purchase it, it says it's already installed.

i have had Destiny since day one of launch & i have purchased each & every DLC since launch, but for some reason it is telling me to purchase the taken king even though i already have the taken king as it says its already installed, & i have played the taken king story and raid so thats proof i have it! also it says that its currently not available for pre-order, & bundle only but there is no way im buying the collection for £50 pound when i already every DLC & update till now. how the hell do i get around this as i want to play the Rise Of Iron tomorrow!

Ok the actually F*** ive been up for 4 hours trying to pre order this s*** with my mates on the xbox and none of us are able to pre order we even called eb games and they said they have no idea if we carnt pre order this in the next 2 hours where just gonna give up and not buy it

I too am having problems with the ROI add on. I purchased the add on last month, but I received emails saying that there was an error. No money taken, but the weird thing is that I still had the ROI add on, and the black ghall add on. I was thinking since it was an error I deleted the add ons, and was planning to reinstall/repurchase the ROI add on. I am currently not able to do that, only thing that I am able to purchase is the collectors edition for $60.

Yep, worked like a charm. It came with the base game, taken King, rise of iron, and the pre order bonuses. Be sure to check in the 'ready to install' section of 'manage game' to download the individual expansions (1 and 2)

I pre ordered rise of iron, and I didn't receive the pre order bonuses. And the friends account that's linked with mine did receive them, yet I can't download it.

hey there, i am really getting frustrated with this first, i get told 2 weeks ago that you don't offer the dlc rise of iron code on xbox one at eb games and then i find out after the release date you have to purchase the dlc and the exclusive content that is offered with the pre-order separately...now the funny thing is i can get the pre order button on my comp but i want it on xbox but even then i can choose payment method, then include billing details, then i try to finalize payment which is the last button i need to click to purchase which is BUY, and it wont let me...Microsoft say they cant help until the issue is resolved, well i only have the money for the pre-order because i had to use some of my money i had set aside at eb games ready because it was trade in money...now i only have $35.00 to get the dlc and now i cant even do that...really not happy...NEED HELP!!!
