I got the Pre-Order code and got $30 but not the DLC and when I went to buy said pre-order DLC it only lets me buy the Collection edition for $60 and nothing else. Gamertag: Ireitab

1 ReplyI picked up and redeemed my pre-order codes yesterday. The Gjallarhorn and Gjallarwing codes worked, but the RoI code only credited $32 towards my account. I searched the Xbox Store for the DLC, but it says i need to get the bundle. I used game share on Xbox to get TTK, so that might have something to do with it, but I don't know. Anything that could help?

I was going to pre order destiny the rise of iron on monday, on the xbox one but when i went to the xbox store and selected the rise of iron add on it said that it was only a part of a bundle (the collection) . Even now after the release it still says only part of a bundle (the collection) . What can be done ? I would also appreciate if i could get the pre order exclusives since i was going to pre order.

I redeemed my 32 dollar code and could find the rise of iron add on. But when I selected buy the bar just says working. This went on for over 1 hour last night I tried again this morning and the same thing happened HELP

When I try to purchase the Destiny Collection Upgrade or even the Rise of Iron add-on on the Microsoft store, the option to purchase either is [b]greyed out[/b] and says, "[b]Unavailable[/b]". This is somewhat frustrating as all I want to do is buy Rise of Iron and play, but I can't seem to buy it due to technical circumstances. Gamer Tag: Mr Insanity117

I pre ordered rise of iron like two weeks ago and say it's installed I do share a Xbox but I bought it on the home Xbox which is the Xbox i play on but the thing is I have paid £25 and it hasn't given me content anyone know what to do

I preordered the game some time ago and when I tried to play it tonight it won't let me play it. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Rise of Iron only to lose the data and find I can't get the dlc with out purchasing a bundle I don't need. What is up with that?

4 RepliesI pre-ordered rise of iron from game stop they sent me the code I put it into my Xbox and It give me the $30 credit. I try to purchase from the Xbox store and it only gives me the option to purchase the entire bundle for $60 I don't need the entire bundle I've been a day one player and I bought all of your previous DLC's. I called Microsoft and they told me the only option is to purchase the bundle if I have any other questions contact the publisher . How do I get The rise of iron and my pre-order bonuses????

I preordered ROI from GameStop and redeemed a code for $30. I tried to purchase the game but I won't allow me. People have been saying the account that bought the taken King can only purchase it. My brother and I share the Xbox one and he bought the taken King on his account. So one only he can purchase the new expansion? What am I to do with money in my account now if that's the case?

I have tried to purchase the Rise of Iron dlc from the Xbox One store and it says "Destiny: Rise of Iron - Pre-Order is currently not available." I tried to purchase it on the Microsoft website and it says "Not Available". I hope there is still some way I can still get the pre-order bonuses with it since of this glitch. My GT is: Sheriff Brian Please help Bungie!

I own it. So here with just a few hours left until launch I preorder it through GameStop, only the code isn't for the game. It's for $30 to spend in the Microsoft store. So now I'm not going to get the preorder bonus either because there are bugs that show that I haven't purchased TTK or it is trying to sway people into spending the $60 for the bundle. Ugh. I've attempted to buy the dlc through a different account on my Xbox, and it works just fine, the problem, is that the $33 isn't on that account, and is on the account that doesn't work, please help. If you have any tips, my gamer tag is "brenner rc1138" *update* I've been informed that in order to buy the dlc, I must own the taken King Well I own the taken King as the disk, the problem, is that I joint bought it with my brother, and he's the one who used the code to download the game. The issue lies in that, because my brother used the code, I can't use it, so I technically don't own the taken King. So I can't buy it. My brother can. But I can't. But he doesn't have the "pre-order" cash on his account. So I just wasted thirty dollars.

I am unable to pre-order destiny rise of Iron. It currently says that the dlc is unavailable. My step brother and I game share and his account has my xbox set as his home xbox. I would just log onto his account, but he is in college and doesn't want to be bothered with this. According to Microsoft I should still be able to buy the game. I am not able to though. i am unable to pre-order rise of iron. i have destiny and every other dlc. i am also un able to purchase the collection upgrade. i have tried to purchase on my xbox one and also online at the bungie website neither of which work.

Fix the problem @bungie and yes my connection is perfectly fine @bungie let Microsoft handle your marketing because you really droped the ball on this one.
